Mator Cupcakes

So i found this on Pinterest and my boys love mator and asked me to make them for their birthday. I decided i was going to do a trial to see if they were even doable....needless to say. i'm not making them for their party. making 6 was a PAIN!!! but they loved them

Cheerio Bars


Add 1/2 Cube of butter and 1 bag mini marshamallows to bowl


Microwave until looks like this about 2 min


Add 1/2 C. creamy peanut butter and mix well


Add 7 C Cheerios
1 C. m&m's

Press into 9x13 greased pan 
(it works easier if you have a plastic baggie on your hand that is sprayed)
press down evenly

Let cool. I put in fridge about 1 hour and slice up and enjoy!!!

kids snacks

Snowy Trail Mix

1 ½ C. Pretzel ¾ C. chex cereal

¼ C. cashews ¼ C. dried cranberries

½ bag white chocolate

Melt chocolate and slowly pour it over the mix stirring gently. Scoop the mix onto way paper to cool.

Tuna Dippers

Mix 1 can drained and flaked tuna with 2 Tbsp mayo.

Spoon onto 6 triscuit crackers. Add a few carrots.

Humming Bird Nests

Melt 1 C. of milk chocolate chips, following the directions on the bag. When the chocolate is smooth stir in 1 C. shredded coconut, then drop the mixture by the heaping tablespoon onto waxes paper lined cookie sheets. While the nests are still warm use your thumb to poke an impression into the middle of each. Cool them then fill with jelly bean eggs.

Peanut Butter Haystacks

1 C. butterscotch chips ½ C. peanut butter

½ C. salted peanuts 2 . chow mein noodles

Place chips and peanut butter in a 2 quart casserole or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 3-5 min until most of the chips are shiny or soft. Blend well, stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles with rubber spatula. Drop by forkfuls onto wax paper. Cool until set.

Chocolate Chip Coating

Place 1 cup choc chips and 2 Tbsp vegetable shortening (NOT BUTTER) in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave 2 ½ -4 minutes until most of the chips are shiny and soft. Stir well. Use to frost cookies or dip candies.

Cool Whip Fruit Dip

Mix together 1 C. plain yogurt, ¼ C. sugar. ¼ C. orange juice and 1 Tbsp grated orange peel. Fold in 2 C. thawed cool whip. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
