Funnel Cakes

Funnel Cakes

2 eggs

1 ½ C. milk

2 C. flour

pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

Mix together well and pour a portion of above mixture into a funnel, keeping finger under opening. Remove finger and let batter drop into hot oil moving funnels in a circular motion, making a pinwheel-like cake. Turn when brown. Life out and drain. Using a sieve, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
